Do you ship to [insert country here]/where do you ship to?

We are based in Sydney, Australia but we ship internationally! We ship using Express Post for orders within Australia. If you are ordering from outside of Australia you have two options:
1) Worldwide Free Shipping: As the name suggests, this service is free! It takes 7 to 10 working days for postage (less in some countries), and it is untrackable. Though we have never had a situation where a wig has not eventually arrived at it's destination, we cannot be held responsible if you choose this option as we cannot track it.
2) International Courier: This is a paid service ($60 for one wig) which will arrive in 3 to 5 working days, and can be tracked online. When you purchase a wig you will be given these options at the checkout.

A note on Peru: We have recently had troubles shipping wigs to Peru. Unfortunately, once the order leaves Australia we do not have any control or visibility of the postage. As such, we cannot take any responsibility for orders that do not turn up or take longer than expected. Please get in touch if you have any questions. 

Can I return it if it doesn't fit/I don't like it?

We are proud of our customer service and we understand that purchasing items on the internet can be tricky, especially when it comes to something like a wig that needs to suit you. With this in mind, we will accept refunds and exchanges, but only under strict conditions.
The first thing to do is to contact us so we can talk about the situation and find the right solution for you. You need to ensure that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving the wig. Should a return/exchange be applicable, you will need to adhere to the following:
The wig must be returned within one week, in the exact state that we sent it to you. It must be in the original bag, with all its tags and the lace can not be cut in any way. Its quite easy to tell if a wig has been worn.
We offer complimentary shipping with all our wigs, so you will be refunded the amount of the wig less the cost of the shipping and of course you need to pay for the wig to be returned.
If you have any doubts before you make a purchase, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help you choose the right wig.

Oops! I used the wrong address. Can I change it? 

To avoid fraudulence, we can only ship to the shipping address shown on the receipt of payment sent via PayPal (at the check out). 

If you do need to change your address, we will need you to cancel your order and place another one using the correct address. Please contact us ASAP as we usually ship out straight away. 

I made a mistake. Can I cancel my order? 

A lot of companies would not let you do this, but we do allow for changes and/or cancellations for change of mind. If you would like to cancel your order, you need to let us know within 1 hour of placing the order, otherwise it may have already shipped out. 

Even though we are kind enough to do this, PayPal is not, and there is a $10 fee that is not refunded - we will need to pass this fee on to you. 

What currency do you use? 

All of our prices are in USD, as we sell all over the world and USD is the most commonly used currency. To see exchange rates, click here

How do your sizes work? What size am I?

Our sizes are based on slight variations on the lace that sits across the forehead. All caps are the same sizes within its individual style of wig. In most cases a small and a large will fit a medium, but a small wont fit a large and vice versa.

The sizes listed on the individual wig pages are in inches are relate to the circumference of the head. Please see the image below to show how the measurements should be done. If you have any doubts on how to measure your head, just contact us and we will help!

Have your product photos been photo shopped?

Absolutely they have! I'm an old man and there is no way in hell I would put a raw photo of myself online. In saying that, I have only retouched my skin. The wig, hair line, and lace have not been touched.

I noticed that my UberRiah shed hair when I first brushed it. Is that normal? 

Yes, it is absolutely normal. A new wig is like a new carpet it will naturally shed.  When the weft is sewn some hair will naturally be slightly looser, and this is the hair that will shed. Our wigs are made with this in mind, so when the hair sheds you will still be left with a full thick UberRiah. It should only shed the first one or two brushes, but if it continues to shed excess amounts, please do let us know so we can look into the situation.
